Ricky’s farm, Woodlawn Park, has contributed the lion’s share of the fruit for the 2022 TMV Chardonnay, while the other sites that had previously played parts are graduated to single-site bottlings… watch this space folks! Around a quarter was sourced from two small sites in Relbia and there’s dashes from the Waverley and Three Wishes vineyards.

Ricky used a mix of barriques and puncheons, and there was just a smidgen of new wood this year. A few barriques went through full malo to polish the edges. The wine saw only a light filtration before bottling.

An Opportunity Arose, And He Grasped It, Ttt Began, Yes, With A Couple Of Tonne Of Pinot Noir. A Simple And Literal Name, A Reference And Reminder Of What This Project Is All About; Small Parcels | Big Love.

The TTT style is purposeful, with the aim to facilitate a situation where intervention is not necessary. We believe that with care and attention in the vineyard, and precise harvest decisions, we are most of the way to achieving our style. The rest is nurturing.

Two Tonne Tasmania was a finalist in the 2016 & 2017 Young Gun of Wine, and was recipient of the ‘People’s Choice’ Award in 2016.
