WINEMAKING: The fruit was fermented separately in stainless steel fermenters, with twice daily pump-overs to extract colour and ﬂavour. The parcels were then matured in French Oak prior to blending.
COLOUR: Deep and youthful dark purple / ruby red.
AROMA: Fresh and youthful aromas of mulberry, dark plums and forest ﬂoor with complementary oak.
PALATE: Generous, rounded, ﬂeshy ﬂavours of ripe blackberry and mulberry with complex herb, oak and lingering balanced tannins.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 14.5%
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg products may remain. Preservative 220 added.
PEAK DRINKING: Enjoy now or cellar for up to ﬁve years.
