Pale, but attractive bright green hue. Enticing floral intensity of Nashi pear and white pepper spice, surrounded by the freshness of citrus and stone fruits.

A texturally appealing palate, with hints of grapefruit complexed with pear and stone fruits characters. The wine focusses on structure and mouthfeel as much as these flavours and finishes with a persistent citrus freshness.

The fruit was hand harvested early in the morning when temperatures were low, and crushing occurred soon after. After clarifying the juice, fermentation proceeded in stainless steel at a very cool temperature of around 10°C until dry. The wine was then stabilised, filtered and bottled early to retain the fresh fruitiness.
