Grapegrowers since 1980 and winemakers from 1996, Chrismont is inspired by Mediterranean and classic European varieties, which in equal parts reflects its heritage and a belief that the rich, undulating landscapes and cool climate of King Valley is ideal for producing varietal distinctive, quality wines. The Chrismont ‘red cap’ range celebrates classic European varietal wines made from some of the King Valley’s oldest vineyards, capturing the region’s unique terrain in fresh, contemporary styles, and includes one of Australia’s great quality Rieslings.
