A special Mediterranean Rose. This vintage will always be remembered as one of the best in the history of Bodegas Enguera. Although late September rainfalls reduced the quality of the long- cycle reds, the grapes harvested before these rainfalls were in perfect health condition and with outstanding quality.
In the heart of Sierra de Enguera, surrounded by pine forest, Mediterranean bushes, and aromatic plants this small berry size tempranillo is grown. Finca Enguera Rosado comes from a water-irrigated 12-year-old tempranillo vineyard. The yield of this vintage was quite high, 5.5 kg/vine.
The color is pale pink, bright and clean. Predominantly, we find floral aromas, but strawberry and candy are also present. In the palate, elegant crispy acidity is very well balanced with alcohol content and volume. Delicate finish with medium-plus intensity . Easy-drinking rose to enjoy without asking many questions.
Although it can be kept in bottle for some time, all the floral and fruity aromas of the wine will come up right after bottling.
