Christobel’s is named in honor of the late Christobel Hill-Smith, the wife of Sid Hill-Smith. Christobel was a vivacious, popular and charming hostess at the family winery for over half a century.
The botanical illustrations pictorially reflect he memory of Christobel and are inspired by Maria Sibylla Merian, a pioneering woman of art in the 1600’s. The wines, like the art, are floral and refreshing.
