Generous bouquet of bright lime and orange blossom, with fresh cut grapefruit. This wine is defined by accessible aromatics and a youthful brightness that further opens up to develop into gorgeous sweet baked apples with time in the glass.

Delicacy and finesse are the hallmarks of this release. Floral citrus blossom with a bright and crisp line of mineral acidity, leaving a mouth-watering desire for another taste (or ten).

The zippiness of this wine is down to its tight, all natural, acid structure. The cooler conditions of the 2022 ripening season producing wonderfully bright and balanced Riesling with a delicate and yet powerful, high acid profile. The finish is moreish with gently textural, mineral elements.

About Claymore Wines

Just over 20 years ago, Claymore Wines was humbly established with small volumes of Grenache and Riesling from a single vineyard in Penwortham. Since then, the estate has grown to include additional varietals and 44 hectares across three additional vineyards in Watervale.

At Claymore Wines, we enjoy bringing together life’s passions – wine, music, and football to create the ultimate experience. We pride ourselves on producing premium Clare Valley wines using the best fruit from our vineyards, but when it comes to enjoying a glass we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
