This elegant wine demonstrates characteristics of a classic Yarra Valley Chardonnay. Tasting notes include white peach and passionfruit with hints of vanilla. This wine illuminates an expansive length on the palate with a mouth-watering after taste.

Hand-picked in March 2020, the fruit was whole bunch pressed, cold settled overnight, and racked to barrel to ferment. No secondary fermentation and matured on lees for 8 months in French hogheads (30% new) prior to bottling.

2020 was a warm and dry vintage allowing fruit to fully ripen. Our Chardonnay was hand-picked from our single block.
