The wine displays mouth-watering aromas of strawberry, grapefruit and soft hints of lemon peel. The consistent follow through to the palate portrays further notes of strawberry with flavours of citrus and red apple. The wine exhibits medium acidity with a textural creamy finish.

The 2020 Vintage was strongly influenced by a very cool and damp 2019 November, which inevitably led to smaller yields. The further wet and cold conditions throughout the vintage favoured early varieties such
as Chardonnay and Pinot. Our Rosé was handpicked and derives from our Pinot Noir variety from a single block vineyard.

Grapes were gently whole bunch pressed. Juice was racked clear and then inoculated with a selected yeast and fermented at cool temperatures to produce a fresh crisp style Rosé.
