The Rifleman Chardonnay is only produced in exceptional years for Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.  The inaugural release, this wine is sourced from a vineyard managed by Brad Case in the Adelaide Hills, near Echunga.

This Chardonnay was hand picked, and whole bunch pressed after minimal time on skins.  Barrel fermented in French oak (approximately 10% new), it spent a further 8 months in older French oak before bottling.
