4 Star Rated Winery – By James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion 2020

In 1979 Sarantos and Constantina Moularadellis planted a 40 acre vineyard in South Australia’s Riverland. Kingston Estate today is the 10th largest wine producer in Australia and remains one of Australia’s largest family-owned wineries. When Bill Moularadellis, their son completed his oenology degree in 1985, Kingston Estate Wines was officially born. Kingston Estate Wines encapsulates the very essence of what gives Australian family-owned wineries their great reputations today.

Proud traditions are devotedly passed down from one generation to the next, and passion runs through their very veins. The Kingston Estate wine range captures the integrity of South Australian regions’ iconic wine varieties. Rarely has an Australian winery punched so far above its weight in terms of value for money without losing regional identity.
