Vinification : vendanges de nuit pour éviter l’oxydation et l’emploi de SO2, garder la fraîcheur et protéger les arômes. Les fermentations s’effectuent avec des levures naturelles du raisin, à une température contrôlée de 28° pour conserver les arômes fruités. Sans sulfites ajoutés!
Oeil : robe rouge profonde
Nez : arômes de fruits rouges
Bouche : notes de fruits rouges, épices. Tanins fins et fondus.
Accord mets-vins : excellent en apéritif, sur des viandes et poissons grillés et les desserts aux fruits rouges
