Our Sparkling Cuveé has an elegant fine bead with a baked bread and dry nutty aroma. There are also gentle hints of citrus. The toasted biscuit aroma complements the delicate creamy texture. A rare combination of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested and basket pressed for outstanding quality. The Cuveé is an excellent sparkling for any summer occasion.

This Cuveé will compliment seafood, especially oysters and will work well with white meats.
