The Bourgogne (red Burgundy) region alappellation is harvested throughout the Burgundy wine growing area, covering approximately 2,000hectares.
Colour: a bright, clear, cherry red.
Nose: characteristic Pinot Noir bouquet, very fruity (blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry) with notes of lime flowers and mint.
Palate: full-bodied, round, astonishingly fruity and slightly woody. Persistent, firm, harmonious and well-balanced with a liquorice finish.
