Colour: Dark blood red in colour with maroon and cherry cola hues.

Bouquet: Lifted, herbal, herbaceous and floral. The upfront nose displays lifted aromas of ripe black cherry and cassis. This is supported by nuances of violets and lavender. There are also hints of sweet cashew nut and red capsicum.
Palate
The palate is ripe, complex, elegant, soft, dry and firm. The upfront palate displays flavours of boysenberry and sarsparella. The mid palate displays complex layers of spice of green herb such as basil and sage. The back palate is dry, long and soft with firm and persistent tannins.

Our other Cellar door is located in in the heart of Pokolbin on Broke Road.
