This alluring Single Vineyard Fumé Blanc was crafted using Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from Stoney Crossing Vineyard. The premium fruit was harvested, crushed, and then wild fermented in a tank. This process led to the creation of a bright golden hued wine. The fragrant nose exudes complex aromas of straw, spice and snow pea, with grassy hints following close behind.
