We don’t know how the paradise scented when Adam and Eve where there. But we sure know what our Paradise smells like… Peaches, green apples, red currants and a hint of lemon zest.

The flavours on the palate are juicy and inviting with a refreshing yet fine balance of sweetness and acidity. Grapefruit and Peach lead to a soft and heavenly aftertaste.

With its unobtrusive fruitiness the Paradies is a perfect match for white meat in light-creamy sauces or en nature. Or why not try a lemon chicken or grilled tuna or vegetables au gratin or… an apple maybe. Our Japanese friends like to combine it with Sushi, too!

About Staffelter Hof

Staffelter Hof is a small farm based in Kröv, a lively and romantic little town located at one of the most beautiful bends of the Mosel river. Most likely one of the oldest wineries in the world, Staffelter Hof dates far back to AD 862, when King Lothar II great-grandson of Carl the Great donated the winery to the monastery of Stavelot (hence the name “Staffelter”).

A mineral and mouth-watering white wine, with pear and pineapple aromas, made from the grape variety Riesling. Dating far back to AD 862, Staffelter Hof is one of the oldest family-owned wineries in the world.
