Stewart & Prentice Paradise Garage Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Crafted using Methode Champenoise, this pale straw coloured wine with apricot tinges pours with a frothy white mousse.

This mesmerising white blend exudes aromas of pear, baked bread and strawberry from the luscious nose, with sherbet and subtle lees characters evident in the backdrop. The palate is light and vibrant with flavours of pears, lemon sherbet and strawberries. Its crisp acidity makes way for a dry finish.

This Brut tastes best when paired with a white fish dish.
