Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in 2021. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using a neutral yeast, in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
This unique wine has enticing aromas of mandarin, grapefruit and lemon, leading to a richly flavoured, dry palate of white peach, apricot and citrus characters. The texture is rich with clean crisp acidity and the intense finish lingers.
