This is medium bodied yet rich and juicy shiraz full of deep dark berries and savoury spiced oak (18 months maturation in predominantly French Oak).
Made from fruit grown at Clare & Sevenhill. This wine is finely structured with blackberry and plum flavours with a hint of spice and pepper. Balanced by good natural acidity and gently drying tannins.
Enjoy in its youth with suitably weighty dishes (BBQ aged steak is a classic!) or may be cellared up to 8 years.
