About Stonehurst Cedar Creek
We first planted our vines in 1995, but that’s not where our story began. Through five generations of organic and sustainable farming in the Hunter Valley, we’re big believers in setting the right foundations. Since the 1820’s, our land has never seen insecticides or pesticides – a long tradition still upheld today. Over the past 26 years, we’ve been handcrafting premium wines that reflect on the soil, soul and our passion for fine wine. After all, we know that a great wine begins in the vineyard.
Our team are full of knowledge and enthusiasm in creating wines, events and stays that continue our love for Wollombi and the Hunter Valley. From the Cellar Door to the vineyards, the cottages to events, our passion transcends our work. We live and breathe wine, hospitality and tourism. We are the Stonehurst team.
