Verwoods’ Sparkling Shiraz Rose’ is popular for its generous and gourmet fruits aromas and balanced between acidity and alcohol. If you are looking for a Sparkling wine to finish your meal with a fruit dessert, you have found what you are looking for with this Sparling Shiraz Rose wine. Fresh and easy to drink with delicious wild red fruit and berry flavours.

This wine is unique in its balance, sweet enough to be paired with the most decadent of desserts, but not too sweet that it can’t be enjoyed simply for its own delightful flavour.

Appearance: Wine is clear with deep intensity and the colour is red with light ruby and fine bubbles.

Nose: At the first nose, it’s clean and medium intensity. One can smell primary aromatics wild red fruits. At the second nose, it’s more expressive and intensive, as one feels wild red fruits strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and herbal notes fresh mint. It’s youthful

Palate: It’s a dry and fresh wine with a perfect balance between low acidity and low alcohol. It’s a very greedy wine and easy to drink with wild red fruits aromas raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry. (This means you will have no problems finishing a bottle or 2) Bubbles are very fine and delicate. Final is short and refreshing with fresh mint aromas. Enjoy ?

2019 gifted us with Verwood Estate’s first vintages in 7 years. We were blessed by a warm, dry year free of frost – perfectly balanced for our cool climate wines produced here in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.
