AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING INCULDED

Arguably our most popular wine, all the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc fruit is sourced from cool climate vineyards in the South West of Western Australia. Close to a 65:35% blend, the Semillon provides the lemony flavours and the good palate weight while the Sauvignon Blanc provides the fresh herbaceousness. Harvesting at night, fermenting at cool temperatures and bottling early ensures we retain maximum fruit flavour and vibrancy in this wine.

COLOUR
Bright and clear with a light, lemony green colour.

AROMA
Is beautifully aromatic with zesty, sweet lemon and baked citrus characters with some light tropical fruit aromas.

PALATE
Our SSB is a fresh and light dry white. It has lovely, ‘sweet lemon’ fruit flavours rather than being overly grassy or herbaceous. Its good palate weight together with a gentle, clean acidity makes for excellent drinking. Delicious now with a wide range of foods, this is best enjoyed as a young wine.
