AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING INCLUDED

We source our Cape to Cape Shiraz from a number of vineyards in the South West, with the parcels of fruit fermented separately with frequent pumping over to maximise the colour and flavour extracted from the skins. After pressing out, the Shiraz goes to barrel for maturation for at least 12 months before the blend is put together. We are producing an approachable, well flavoured wine and there is minimal filtration ahead of bottling.

COLOUR
A dark crimson red with purple hues.

AROMA
Ripe raspberry and dark plum with a touch of pepper

PALATE
Ripe plum with a dark chocolate level on show, layered beautifully with sweet and savoury spice, enhanced by the light, smoky oak characters picked up during maturation. A really delicious Shiraz that can be enjoyed right now and over the next few years.

CELLARING POTENTIAL
Beautiful drinking now and over the next 6 years or so.
