Sauvignon Blanc is Australia’s favourite white wine style of the moment, however most of what we consume comes from across the ditch. We have used premier Western Australian grapes to produce this distinctive varietal sauvignon blanc. It’s fresh, crisp and fruit driven and will appeal to the most discerning savvy drinker.
Wild Oats Sauvignon Blanc displays tropical, citrus notes, with hints of grassy herbaceousness. A vibrant & fresh wine with the fruit weight balanced out by crisp acidity driving the length of the palate
Individual parcels were harvested and pressed off skins quickly then fermented cool to retain freshness and aromatic purity.
