Caroline Hills is a boutique vineyard located in the Limestone Coast of South Australia with a focus on wines made from our Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes. The Caroline Hills describes the irregular, small rolling hills that characterise much of the Hundred of Caroline, adjacent to the Victorian border, south east of Mount Gambier.

Caroline Hills small-batch wines are made with minimal intervention in the winery including using open fermentation, hand plunging and pumping, gentle oak maturation and minimal filtration. All Caroline Hills wines are bottled with low sulphur.

Our Cellar Door is open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for wine tasting and sales, or by appointment. If you arrive at our Cellar Door and we are closed, call us. We are a small producer and often we are in the vineyards working.

The statue of Saint Marcellin Champagnat looks out over the vineyard, and found a home with us as the result of Terry's long association with Tenison Woods College in Mount Gambier. Pease contact us to make sure we are able to provide you with the experience of talking with Terry, our wine maker, about the wines we produce, and to see a small winery at work.
