using no sweeteners, artificial carbonation or flavours, we brew in an ancestral method, naturally fermenting and carbonating to create unique, ever-changing flavour profiles.
Sophisticated small-batch non-alcoholic beverages produced specifically with the wine occasion in mind. Naturally brewed using a proprietary strain of kombucha scoby, but without the acetic flavours that so often come from this brewing method. These lightly spritzy not-wines have umami and complex flavour and structure and are a pleasure to drink, whether or not you’re trying to avoid the perils of our favourite intoxicant.
A no-carb non-alc European style Pilsner rounds out the range for a cleaner alternative to some of the other non-alc beers out there, and that won’t leave you with a sugar crash. New to the portfolio and an excellent offering for your by-the-glass list.
