The first nose is elegant and fruity with hints of citrus fruit. This Total surface under this appellation wine has a well-balanced structure with the flavor of white fruit flesh.

It is available to drink from 3 years of age and can be kept for about a decade. It will gain in intensity over the years. There is no risk of premature due to its freshness which is always present.

It goes wonderfully with lightly smoked fish, fish in a meunière sauce and white poultry in a cream sauce. It should be served between 10°C and 13°C.

Welcome to Domaine Vocoret in Chablis, a prestigious winery located in the famous Burgundy region. Since 1870, the Vocoret family has carefully cultivated its vineyards to produce exceptional quality grapes, ensuring refined and typical wines from the region.

With a vast estate of 38 hectares, Domaine Vocoret spans the four levels of appellation: Chablis Grand Cru, Chablis 1er Cru, Chablis, and Petit Chablis. This diversity allows the estate to offer a wide range of wines that are representative of Chablis’ unique terroirs.

True to its heritage, the estate regularly invests in modern equipment while respecting traditional practices, ensuring a balance between innovation and authenticity.

Each year, approximately 300,000 bottles are produced, with a broad international recognition: 25% of the production is consumed in France, while 75% is exported around the world.
