Welcome to the Wine Club

How do you differ from other wine clubs?
Firstly, you, yes you, can choose the wines you wish to receive. You select the wines, we don’t leave you guessing. Most subscribers to wine clubs cancel because they are bored or dissatisfied with the wine quality and selection. Some wineries have been known to put lower quality wines into their Wine Club packs.  We give you the choice to select which wine varietals you want.

Secondly, our wine club subscriptions have fixed time periods lasting 6, 12 or 18 months. Most wine enthusiasts like to change wine options and so we don’t just want to keep billing your credit card and sending the same wines to you!

How do I cancel a wine club subscription?
We provide “1 Click Cancellation” of your Wine Club subscription inside the ‘My Account’ dashboard.  You won’t get phone calls or lengthy emails from us on why you should stay. Your personal information will not be handed over to a call centre for futhur follow up and up selling promotional offers. These calls annoy us too! We want you back when it suits you.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?
No, we don’t want to annoy you with pausing and skipping wine club subscription options. We offer a 1 click cancellation of the Wine Club inside your account. You are free to come and go as you please. #Flexibility!

How do I know when my next wine club order is processing?
Your wine club case will be processed on the same day every 2 months , 4 months or 6 months according to your Wine Club  frequency as detailed here.

How do I find out when is my next billing date?
You can see the next billing date inside the ‘My Account’ dashboard.

How do I exclude a  wine varietal from my Wine Club case?
Easily. Just leave the quantity as zero when selecting the quantity of each wine varietal you would like in your wine case.

Are tasting notes included in the Wine Club cases ?
Sometimes. It depends if the wineries provide tasting notes. We do not guarantee it. After all, we are an online company so tasting notes are widely found on the web ☺.

Do I pay extra for shipping?
We ship with Aramex Couriers and you will receive an email with the tracking information. Like all wines we sell, shipping is included Australia wide.

How do I updating my payment information?
If your credit card or debit card information changes (e.g., card cancellation, card expiration, new card), be sure to update your account prior to your next scheduled automatic renewal payment. You can update your information inside the ‘My Account’ dashboard. As Stripe is our secure payment processing platform, all credit card information is stored with Stripe and not with Cellars, ensuring an added layer of security.

What happens if my credit card fails?
If a recurring payment is not paid after 48 hours, we will auto cancel your wine club subscription. No hard feelings. You can always re-subscribe.

What if I move house and need to change my address?
You can change the Shipping Information inside your ‘My Account’ dashboard.

Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes, you can buy multiple subscriptions at the same time or whenever you like.
