This wine is reputed for its exceptional blend of finesse and intensity by straight ageing in French large oak vessels. It is also renowned for its typical beeswax and mineral nose, a great finesse in the mouth with notes of white flowers.

It has the ability to stand the test of time. Its optimum tasting period is between 4 to 6 years depending on the balance of the vintage and can last up to 10 years.

It goes marvelously with lightly smoked fish, fish in a meunière sauce and white poultry in a cream sauce. It should be served between 10° and 13°C.

Welcome to Domaine Vocoret in Chablis, a prestigious winery located in the famous Burgundy region. Since 1870, the Vocoret family has carefully cultivated its vineyards to produce exceptional quality grapes, ensuring refined and typical wines from the region.

With a vast estate of 38 hectares, Domaine Vocoret spans the four levels of appellation: Chablis Grand Cru, Chablis 1er Cru, Chablis, and Petit Chablis. This diversity allows the estate to offer a wide range of wines that are representative of Chablis’ unique terroirs.

True to its heritage, the estate regularly invests in modern equipment while respecting traditional practices, ensuring a balance between innovation and authenticity.

Each year, approximately 300,000 bottles are produced, with a broad international recognition: 25% of the production is consumed in France, while 75% is exported around the world.
