3 x Leura Park Estate Rose’ (Pinot Noir/Shiraz)
A fragrant, complex and elegant cool climate Rose’. A 50/50 blend of Shiraz and Pinot Noir from Estate vineyards, the wine exhibits freshness, verve and intense flavour. The palate unleashes a burst of red fruits – strawberry, raspberry and ripe apple – perfectly embraced by cleansing acidity and dry, savoury tannins.
3 x Yes said the Seal Rose’ (Shiraz)
A vibrant and perfumed Shiraz Rosé revealing red berries, pink pepper and hints of spice. Intensely aromatic, rich and complex with a savoury twist. The complexity and structure come from splendid fruit, partial barrel fermentation, lees stirring and extended time on lees. A highly satisfying Rosé exhibiting fragrance, texture and flavour with balanced crunchy acidity.
3 x Cat out of the Bag Rose’ (Cabernet)
A graceful Rosé grown and crafted in the heart of the spectacular Bellarine Peninsula. The bouquet liberates a medley of red fruits – strawberry, blackberry and red currant. These lively notations continue throughout the palate’s journey cocooned by delicate tannins and a refreshing, balanced acidity.

Creative and thoughtful use of oak is another aspect of Nyall’s winemaking mantra – each year different - to best suit the ‘temperament’ and requirements of the varietal and the varying nature of each vintage.
