Astrid Hubert only makes single vintage Calvados which is of sublime quality. She uses 15 varieties of apples, together with 5% of pears, and never sprays her crop.
The cider is left in foudres for 1 year before distillation, the Calvados then being matured in long old oak barrels. Complex in taste, round and very long on the finish.

Located in the Pays d’Auge, les vergers de la Morinière is a family cider estate with 150 years of existence. It was in 1990 that Pierre-François Hubert carried out his first plantings of so-called “low stem” apple trees.
It is thanks to this that he begins the transformation of his orchards into cider, calvados, pommeau and liqueurs. Subsequently, he passed his passion on to his daughter, Astrid. Both have been able to refine their know-how.
