The Bichot family settled in Burgundy in 1350 with Bernard Bichot founding a wine trading business in 1831, building an enduring family love affair with fine wine. Now continuing into its 6th generation of family ownership under the stewardship of Albéric Bichot, Maison Albert Bichot crafts exceptional wines from across their 6 separate domaines in Burgundy including Cote De Beaune, Cote De Nuits, Chablis, Beaujolais, Macon and Mercurey.
With over 100 Hectares of vineyards across the various region’s differing climates and soils, including 13 Ha. of Grand Cru and 26 Ha. of Premier Cru vineyards, each domaine is in the hands of a dedicated viticulture and vinification team who tailors wines with a perfect sense of terroir and a focus on uncompromising quality. All vineyards have been certified organic since the 2018 vintage.
