B Minor Heathcote Shiraz is a Modern Fruit – Forward style wine with intense dark fruits, earthy plum, spice and the ironstone, ferruginous notes on the nose are evident immediately its Heathcote origins and the ancient Cambrian soils on which it is grown.

The wine is inky purple in colour with flavours of dark plum, layers of red fruits, combining with subtle hints of spice, opulent liquorice and minerality. Medium bodied with a balanced acidity, well rounded yet relatively soft mouth feel.

It’s a modest Heathcote Shiraz perfectly for a meal – Delicious enough to briefly note its qualities without requiring the spotlight.
