Made in the style reminiscent of the classic 1980s Coonawarra Claret, this blend of Cabernet Shiraz has a deep crimson colour. On the nose, it has blackcurrants, plum and blue fruits overlaid with raspberry, spice and a hint of mocha oak.

The palate is mid-bodied but flavour filled with ripe blackberry, mulberry fruits filling the mouth and fine tannins holding together the finish.

Behind the name. It was the mid-1980s and a rag-tag bunch of kids turned the streets and vineyards of Coonawarra into an endless bike park. A 5000-acre playground with no out of bounds, no helmets and no limits. The ride only ending once the street lights were lit. For the Bandits.
