Style: Fruit forward, easy drinking style. Bright and delectable.
The Inspiration: Our favourite variety in a fruit forward, drink now style. The grapes were selected from several trusted vineyards around the Limestone Coast. This Shiraz is literally jumping out of the glass with bright fruit, subtle florals and bold flavours. Simple and uncomplicated but quite delectable at the same time.
Tasting notes: Ripe red summer fruits and liquorice flavours, with soft, velvety tannins. Plush, round and generous – you could drink quite a lot of this quickly if you needed to.
Cellaring: This wine is made to be enjoyed now. You could keep it for up to 2 years, but we doubt you’ll be able keep it in your cellar for that long!
Food Pairing: Most char-grilled foods find a soul mate in Shiraz – and don’t just think red meat, eggplant and capsicum are great too. On the lighter side, this Shiraz is perfect for the impromptu BBQ’ing session – think a sausage in bread on the beach.
