Casali Del Barone Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is produced from the Piemonte region in the heart of Langhe and Monferrato which is part of the UNESCO World heritage. The harvest of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, is followed by destemming and soft pressing processes and then fermentation at a controlled temperature. After that, the wine refines in big barrels for at least 6 months before being bottled.

This creates a delicious Italian red wine with garnet hints. At the nose, it has aromas of red fruits of cherries and tertiary wood. In the mouth, it is full and rich in tannins. Casali Del Barone Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is the ideal pairing to Piedmont traditional second courses, and to seasoned meats and blue cheeses.
