The nose is fruity . It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fresh red berries and a hint of raspberry associated with a discreet hint of blackberry , violet as well as hints of toasted oak , spices , a hint of mocha and a subtle hint of licorice . The palate is fruity , well – balanced , well-built , gourmande, slightly silky and offers juiciness , fat, a slight suavity , freshness as well as a certain deepness .

In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry ang slight notes of fresh raspberry associated with hints of fresh red berries , cassis as well as slight hints of toasted oak and dark chocolate . Tannins are fine , well – built and very slightly firm . Good length and persistence .
