The ATR Wines Chockstone Rose 2021 starts with hints of flinty minerality, rose petals and stone fruit, leading into more obvious flavours of strawberries and cream. The Alkoomi Chardonnay Black Label 2021 has concentrated flavours of rockmelon and nectarine with waves of savoury, nutty complexity through the palate. Both wines are fun yet (a little bit) serious.
