The Bambra Sparkling has an appealing nose of brioche, citrus and white flowers. Lemon flavours greet the palate with strawberry fruit flavours and freshly baked bread nuances evident in the mid palate before a fine line of acidity drives the wine to its finish. The time on lees has enhanced the texture of the wine with its lemon sharpness, creamy mid-palate and long crisp finish.

This style of Sparkling Wine pairs well with seafood such as prawns, oysters, smoked salmon, caviar, calamari and Japanese dishes such as sushi. It complements poultry (especially duck) and light meats such as veal and pork. It works with a range of vegetable dishes as well as fruit based desserts such as tarts and crepes. Try it with a Triple cream Brie.

Dinny Goonan wines was established in 1988. We produce wines of exceptional quality with a focus on Riesling, Shiraz, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Cellar Door is open from 11.00am to 5.00pm weekends and public holidays and every day from Boxing Day through to Australia Day. There is limited seating indoors and ample seating outdoors.

A takeaway service is available for people who are not fully vaccinated Table bookings can be made by phoning 5288 7100 on days when the weather is inclement.
