Bourgogne Blanc displays a bright, pale golden color with greenish highlights, indicating its freshness and youthfulness.

The nose is greeted with a complex array of aromas, including crisp green apple, pear, and citrus fruits, complemented by floral notes of acacia and a subtle hint of hazelnut.

These aromatic qualities are further enhanced by the careful vinification process, which includes fermentation and aging in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, allowing the wine to retain its vibrant fruit character while gaining additional depth and complexity.

Located in the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine uses the noble grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot noir to make up its wide range of 22 appellations : starting from the fruty Bourgogne, to the lively village, from the prestigious Premier cru to the rare Grand Cru. Its vineyards cover the villages of: Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton and Savigny Les Beaune, Pommard, Beaune and Volnay.

Our cultivating methods are environmentally friendly, the goal is to produce a rich and healthy harvest whilst ensuring the sustainability of our soils.

The treatments and spraying are reasoned, soils are tilled in order to maintain maximum natural balance of our vineyards. Harvesting is carried out by hand and sorted, maturity is checked upon arrival at the winery.
