After three years of patience, LES CLOS is opening on very mineral notes with a pale gold colour. Nose of candied fruit, pistachio, honey and lightly toasted nougat. The body is rich and round with hints of elegant acacia honey and citrus fruit.

It has the ability to get through the years. It is certainly among the seven grands crus the one that will age best (15 years without any problems).

Excellent with seafood, fish such as salmon or turbot. Also to be dicovered with white meats in cream sauce, or simply as an
aperitif. After 4 to 5 years of ageing, it is ideal with mature cheese or spicy salmon.

True to its heritage, the estate regularly invests in modern equipment while respecting traditional practices, ensuring a balance between innovation and authenticity.

Each year, approximately 300,000 bottles are produced, with a broad international recognition: 25% of the production is consumed in France, while 75% is exported around the world.
