About Franca’s Vineyard
Franca’s Vineyard produces classic, approachable wines for the discerning crowd. Our aim is to create products with integrity and a welcoming nature. Borne of necessity, Franca’s has blossomed into a true venture unto its own with outstanding wines made with the familiar intensity and confidence that has made our winemakers some of the most accoladed in their field.
Franca’s family have been growing produce since 1956 in Australia after immigrating from Italy. Their property overlooks Pike River, a tributary of the great Murray River. An orange orchard and vineyard was planted in 1990. Upon reflection, after many years of hard work and with the property flourishing, they wanted to share some of the fruits of their labour with friends and family, under this name, Franca’s Vineyard.
