Their Dolcetto is a pitch-perfect medium-bodied table red that focuses on fresh primary fruit flavours and crisp acidity. Grown on 35 year old vines in the municipality of Verduno, this sees no oak in its vinification – the carefully handled fruit placed front and centre.

A bushel of ripe berries and a fist full of sweet herbs, it’s a smooth, easy-drinking taste of Piemonte you can drink any night of the week.

About Fratelli Alessandria Wines

Gian Battista, his wife Flavia, his brother Alessandro and his son Vittore are the proud witnesses of the centuries-old winemaking tradition and passion of the family and represent the 7th and 8th generation of wine producers (the first 3 generations as Fratelli Dabbene and then Fratelli Alessandria following a marriage around 1870).

The winery makes wine exclusively from its own grapes, and has maintained a family dimension. These requirements make it possible to establish a direct and “personal” relationship with the individual vineyards and individual barrels, an invisible but important thread that it is hoped will reach and “excite” the consumer through the bottle.
