Intensely concentrated nose, juicy blood plum, raspberry cane, dried rose, muddled strawberry, and a slight creamy lees character. Softly textured palate with generous mouthfeel and a creamy texture.

Planted in 2010, the Bonadale Vineyard is our highest and most sun-exposed site. Despite its sun exposure, the ripening season in this vineyard is elongated due to the consistent presence of cooling ocean breezes. Broadly speaking, this manifests fruit of elegance, sophistication and structure.

About Ghost Rock Wines

5 RED STARS – JAMES HALLIDAY WINE COMPANION 2021

Nestled among the rolling patchwork fields of the beautiful coastline of Northern Tasmania, you’ll find Ghost Rock among some of god’s best country.  Just 10min from where the Spirit of Tasmania docks and one hour from Cradle Mountain or Launceston, this is a must visit destination when exploring the central North coast of Tasmania or more fondly known as the Cradle Coast Region.

The modern and vibrant Cellar Door & Eatery offers wine tastings of Ghost Rock’s entire range and a modern Tasmanian lunch menu featuring local produce. With striking views over it’s vineyards, rolling countryside and Bass Strait, it’s easy to see why it’s a popular hangout.  One of the coolest wine regions in the State (and most probably Australia), it’s one of the State’s most unique wine experiences.

Fine Wine Cellars

On the one hand, our role as a merchant of all things wine & spirits could not be simpler. We aim to source the most delicious, the most authentic, and the highest quality products possible from Australia and around the world in order to offer them to our clients. We live or die by how well we perform this task. Of course things are rarely as simple or as easy as they seem. Hunting for wines & spirits is no different. Apart from the months spent travelling, countless days and evenings spent tasting and the outrageous wine expenditure in the name of ‘research’, sourcing quality wine and spirits requires expertise and experience. Understanding the potential of a producer and their products is much more than just a slurp and a spit.
