Gordon Ramsay gold award-winning Intenso Rosso is a pioneering, cross-regional Italian red blend crafted by superstar Chef Gordon Ramsay and global wine consultant and owner of Poggiotondo in Tuscany, Alberto Antonini.

A blend of 50% old vine Tuscan Sangiovese and 30% Montepulciano and Merlot from Abruzzo – a show stopping red wine to serve with food from one of the world’s most famous Chefs.

Bright garnet colour, with vibrant notes of black and red soft berries and a hint of violet, the palate is succulent but fresh with more floral and berry notes and a hint red liquorice. Smooth and finely weaved tannins add longevity and depth to the finish.

These Gordon Ramsay Signature Wines are produced in collaboration with International Wine Expert Nick Dumergue and Master Sommelier Chris Miller at Seabold Cellars in Monterey, California. Food and wine have always been indelibly linked.

Much like in the kitchen, the best results with wine always come from sourcing the absolute best ingredients, and doing as little as possible to coax out the grapes’ natural potential.

We source our grapes from sustainable and organic-practicing vineyards. Minimal intervention winemaking is employed in the winery: native yeast fermentations, no ‘adjustments’, restrained use of oak, little-to-no fining or filtration, and responsibly minimal sulfur usage. Balanced, complementary with food, and always 100% Vegan.
