Its spicy, fragrant, with cherries and cinnamon enveloped in savouriness. Syrah is dense and deep in its profile with bold, ripe and savoury characters. Delightfully perfumed with cherries, raspberries, yet multilayered with warm all-spice and nuts.

The palate is generous with silky tannins, fleshy dark blue and red fruits, chocolate and anise and finishing with a hint of pepper & racy freshness layered into lovely French oak

Hart & Hunter was created by winemaking couple, Jodie Belleville & Damien Stevens, with the ethos of sourcing the best parcels of fruit from outstanding sites to make distinctive, small batch, single vineyard wines.

Our primary focus is the on-premise and fine wine retail markets, although we service all channels.
