This Eden Valley vineyard lies across granite and limestone outcrops, leading to a Riesling with a bright, steely minerality. Recognised as one Australia’s greatest Riesling growing areas, our single vineyard wine is taken from one of the best plots of land within this cool climate region. The specific topography and mineral profile provide ideal conditions for Riesling. No preservatives were added at all in the vineyard nor the wine making process and only the minimum at bottling to ensure a safe and long future. This has been our mantra for many years now.
