Colour: Pale straw in colour with elegant lively bubbles.

Nose: Green apples and citrus supported by creaminess.

Palate: Chardonnay gives the wine a creamy, round mouth feel with some nice citrusy characters while the Pinot Noir adds some acidity allowing the wine to finish clean, crisp, refreshing and so good to share.
