A family story, a passion shared by brothers, values transmitted to the new generation: Champagne Huré Frères has been a family business for more than 50 years.
Raoul Huré and his two sons, François and Pierre, invite you to discover their house located in Ludes in the Montagne de Reims.
Our values: Mosaic of unique terroirs, Champagne, in each village, each hillside, each plot, offers different aromatic profiles that we want to respect and enhance.
Thus, this desire to preserve the uniqueness of the terroirs leads us, during vinification, to select
the best potential of the grapes in order to develop complex and elegant champagnes: living reflections of the land from which they come.
Different but unique, our wines can be discovered by all enthusiasts.
Our approach to winemaking is an extension of the work done upstream in the vineyard. We want to preserve all the richness of the grapes: their fruitiness, their balance, their personality. We intervene very little in order to let the grapes express their full potential.
The years follow one another and are not alike, we adapt to the conditions of the vintage; the picking circuit is naturally defined according to the maturity of the grapes of each village and each plot.
Our desire to produce champagnes with character leads us to vinify each village, each grape variety and each plot (as their size allows) separately. The vinification of a multitude of terroirs is in our eyes essential to guarantee the regularity, finesse and precision of our blends.
